Creation and distribution of Content

The creation of content by Skybox Ltd will start once an agreement have been signed. Before any agreement is signed the museum or organization and Skybox Ltd will create a 6-12 month plan that best suits the needs of the customer. This plan will be specified in the agreement. Any change on the plan must be notified at least a month in advance.


Any type of content created by Skybox Ltd or any of its team members will belong to Skybox Ltd and its shareholders. All content that Skybox Ltd develops for any customer or museum will be given to the museum and/or institution until the date stated on the contract or agreement signed by both Skybox Ltd and its partners. All content that is on display will have to be presented under the name of Skybox Ltd as an alliance with the museum or organization.


Use of Galleries and its information

Skybox Ltd will use any public information that is being exposed at the museum. The use of this information will be completely for the development of the final product. If for any reason private information is given to Skybox Ltd from the museum or organization it must be notified beforehand on a written and signed non-disclosure agreement.

Prices to implement Skybox

Prices to implement Skybox will vary depending on the cost and type of project required by the museum or organization. The costs and payments must be set beforehand on a signed agreement. Usually the payments will be a yearly fee for the service plus the development of the project at early stage. If you would like more information about this please contact us.


Collection  & Use of Personal Data

If you provide Information to us by filling in forms on our website. This may include information provided at the time of sending messages or requesting further services. We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
